1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used essential oils
- Products with broken seals not caused during delivery
- Items returned after the allowed return period
3. Return Process

- Order details
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- After verification, instructions for return or replacement will be provided.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
5. Replacement Policy
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund, based on availability.
6. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to an error or damage, return shipping costs will be covered.
- For other approved cases, shipping charges may not be refundable.
7. Important Notes
- Essential oils are sensitive products; slight variations in aroma or color may occur and are not considered defects.
- Customers are responsible for checking product suitability before use.
